Changes to login options on Inspera Help Centre
Incident Report for Inspera
Resolved
This notice applies to Inspera Help Centre, and the Microsoft login option.

Inspera uses Zendesk as our supplier for the Help Centre (support.inspera.com). Zendesk recently identified a security vulnerability related to the Microsoft login option. As a result of this, login with company managed Microsoft account types was disabled by Zendesk, and Inspera has because of this removed the option to log in using Microsoft.

Please note that there have been no incidents connected with the vulnerability, and Zendesk has disabled login for company managed accounts as a precautionary measure. No Help Centre data, personal or otherwise, has been exposed. The security vulnerability is with Zendesk only and does not affect Microsoft SSO integrations in Inspera Assessment.

To continue using the Help Centre and Service Desk you can switch to logging in with email and password. If you haven’t used this login method previously, you can use the ‘Forgot password?’ option to reset the password. If you have any difficulties setting a password, you can send an email to help@inspera.no to get further assistance.
